Welcoming Committee
The mission of the Welcoming Committee is to create, maintain, and provide introductory homeowners association material to all new residents, as well as fostering community building events among homeowners. We are in progress of finalizing our residential volunteers and hope to have the committee up and running shortly.  Our plans are to meet four times a year to fulfill the goals of this committee. Safety Committee
The goal of the Safety Committee is to examine the Safety Assessment Report completed by the Alexandria Police Department and work with the Board and our police liaison, Lieutenant Matt Weinert, to implement changes that will increase the safety of our neighborhood.

Landscaping Committee
The goal of the Landscaping Committee is to provide recommendations and assistance to the Board in determining the type of plants and shrubs to be planted in common area flower beds and to work to create a unified look to the landscaping in the neighborhood. Read more in the CHARTER.

Rules Committee
The goal of the Rules committee is to review Cameron Knoll's "Architectural Rules, Regulations, and Standards" document and make any changes necessary so that we can maintain a uniform look to our neighborhood. We are also working on improving the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) process so that it is easier for everyone to understand. The committee meets once a year, and would love to have your help! Thanks so much for your participation - we all want Cameron Knoll to be a great place to live!
