NOTE: The ACC Committee meets on the third Monday of each month (except for January, February June, and November due to holidays) in preparation for the monthly HOA Board Meeting. In order to expedite requests, ACC Forms and accompanying documents and samples must be submitted no later than noon on the Thursday before the monthly meeting. See the calendar for dates. Requests submitted after this time will be reviewed the following month.
